Association de loi 1901, née à la Plaine Saint Denis (93) en novembre 2012, Les Couleurs Du Son est une véritable maison de production, détentrice des licences d’entrepreneur du spectacle 2 et 3.
Les Couleurs Du Son défend l'idée que la richesse de notre monde se trouve dans la rencontre et l'amitié. L'association accompagne donc des artistes d'horizons très différents mais ayants en commun la volonté de brouiller les frontières entre styles, genres et cultures musicales. Les recherches esthétiques de nos artistes sont singulières, à l'image de leurs parcours et de leurs visions du monde.
Les activités de l'association se déclinent en 5 axes : la création et la production de spectacles, la diffusion avec l'organisation de concerts et de tournées, la production discographique, la production d’actions culturelles et pédagogiques, la promotion du travail de nos artistes et des activités de l'association.

Founded in November 2012 in La Plaine Saint-Denis (93), Les Couleurs du Son is a non-profit organization under the French “Loi 1901”. It operates as a full-fledged production company, holding professional entertainment licenses 2 and 3.
Les Couleurs du Son is built on the belief that the true wealth of our world lies in encounters and friendships. The association supports artists from a wide variety of backgrounds, all sharing the same ambition: to blur the boundaries between styles, genres, and musical cultures. Their artistic explorations are unique, reflecting both their personal journeys and their vision of the world.
The association’s activities encompass five areas: the creation and production of concerts, touring and concert organization, record production, the development of cultural and educational initiatives, and the promotion of both the artists’ work and the association’s activities.
LANDSCAPES OF ETERNITY (out on March 27, 2026)
Landscapes of Eternity explores the connection between music, nature, and spirituality at the heart of the Hindustani tradition. Although Landscapes of Eternity is shaped through a contemporary and deeply personal lens, it is rooted in the language of Indian classical music. Traveling alone in North India for several months, Jalal wandered through landscapes and sacred sites, met masters and musicians, absorbed the sounds, smells and sensations of this unique journey, inviting us to a new way of listening to the world. From this experience emerged an intimate, contemplative, and profound repertoire, where the flute becomes the vehicle for an inner journey rooted in the breath of life.
SOUFFLES, NEW ALBUM (released May 30, 2025)
In May 2025, Naïssam Jalal released Souffles, her tenth album, conceived as an intimate and inspired dialogue between wind instrumentalists. This milestone recording confirms her unique voice as a composer, storyteller and improviser. Across eight vibrant duos, she merges her own breath with that of Archie Shepp, Louis Sclavis, Émile Parisien, Thomas de Pourquery, Yom, Sylvain Rifflet, Irving Acao and Robinson Khoury. Each composition highlights the individuality and sensitivity of her partners while exploring original instrumental combinations, offering a music that is at once personal, universal and deeply moving.
This album has received numerous starred reviews from Rolling Stone, Jazzwise, UKvibe and Mojo, and has been praised by major media including The Guardian, Songlines, BBC Radio 6, UK Jazz News, Télérama, FIP Radio and Le Monde. Widely supported by leading European radio stations such as France Musique, Jazz FM UK, Rai Radio 1 and Deutschlandradio, Souffles stands out as a remarkable jazz release that confirms Naïssam Jalal’s growing international influence.
